TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR WHOLESALE
All orders must be paid before shipping.

Minimum opening order Minimum reorder

$350 $200

Minimum 8 bars of one soap – e.g. 8 Simply Lavender, 8 Urban Man and 8 Haida Potlatch etc.
Consignee is responsible for shipping cost. RavenSong will provide estimates for shipping and include in
invoicing.
Allow 1 week – 10 days for processing and packing stock items.
Allow 6 – 8 weeks for custom orders (formulating, making, curing and shipping).
Although I work hard to keep my soap cost low I will not compromise on quality. Due to variable supply costs,
prices may change without notice.
All RavenSong Soap is banded with RavenSong labels. Custom labels and shrink wrapping available (please
request pricing).
We use Square – an online processing app for our invoices but also accept etransfer, PayPal, Cheques and
Credit Card.
Please provide PST# and/or Status Card# (if applicable) at time of opening order.
