Palo Santo - Holy Wood

Often referred to as Holy wood, this revered substance has been employed by Indigenous Peoples and healers for generations to cleanse spaces of negative energy and dispel discord, ushering negative vibes out through doors and windows. Infused with a soothing fragrance, this wood is believed to alleviate tensions and headaches, fostering connections with departed loved ones and serving as a symbolic offering to honor one's ancestors.

We raise our hands to the small farmers RavenSong Soap & Candle supports in South American (Peru, Ecuador, and parts of Central America) to share medicine from their territory into our home. The wood comes from the Bursera graveolens tree, and it has been used for centuries in various rituals, ceremonies, and traditional since time immemorial.
