Fill the bathtub halfway with warm water and add 1/2 cup of mixture under running water. Get naked and get in. Relax, you deserve it. Soak for minimum of 20 minutes. Our herbal sea baths are detoxifying, so rinse with warm water before exiting the tub. Ensure proper hydration by drinking water after your sea bath.
