Use
Fill bathtub halfway with warm water and add 1/2 cup of mixture under running water. Get naked and get in. Relax, you deserve it. Soak for a minimum 20 minutes. Our herbal sea baths are detoxifying, so rinse with warm water before exiting tub. Ensure proper hydration by drinking water after your sea bath.
