SOAPBERRY ICE CREAM - GIFT BOX

This is reminiscent of grandmother hand-whipping soapberries to create this First Nations confection. Using traditional tools like cedar bark, the berries are whipped together with water and sweetened naturally with wild berries and fireweed.
