Our Sea Bath that will provide many, all-encompassing Sea Baths to destress and relax. For a calming bath dissolve 1/4 to 2 cups Relaxation Herbal Sea bath under warm running water. Immerse yourself in bliss for a minimum of 15 minutes. Use a few tablespoons to 1/4 cup for a relaxing foot soak.
Fill bath with warm water. Add ¼ to 2 cups of RavenSong Sea Bath – close your eyes, relax and breathe deeply. Soak for a minimum of 15 minutes. Sea bath is detoxifying so rinse with warm water before exiting tub. Be sure to remain hydrated by drinking water throughout and after your sea bath.
